why?

Simply because team effort allows us to pool individual strengths and energies, which in the end makes for a better overall product.
Successful collaboration in songwriting always creates additional motivation and inspiration, as well as precious peer-to-peer feedback and a vital extension of personal networks. In short, chances to tighten up a song increase exponentially.

what?

There's a simple answer as to what kind of songs we are looking to create:

"It's all about Pop Music."

A brief look at current worldwide charts will let you see that everything is possible: Dance, Rock, Country, Latin, R&B, Metal, Jazz, Folk, Punk.

If there is enough space for catchy melodies that instantly grab everybody's ear deeply, within or beyond momentary trends, ...count me in on it!
Provided flash-player samples offer you a good insight into what might be potentially possible, but should definitely not mark the end of the line.

who?

Whether or not a cooperation will work, you'll only know if you give it a try. But generally we should be on par artistically.
Collaborators that can provide professional backing tracks and/or lyrics are certainly at the top of my wishlist.

how?

Click here to send an email - please provide a short summary along with your previous references. Please also add at least 2 links to corresponding samples of your work. This way I can get an idea of your preferences and abilities.

Once we work together on a specific project, you will get a login-account on co-writer.de which enables you to view and update all required data.
In case of collaboration every partner retains his/her copyright according to the amount and specification of his/her provided work. Transferring rights (e.g. publishing rights) may be negotiable for individual projects but is not generally necessary.
